Joe Carrizosa, Franklin Maurice Ellenberg, Ronald James Wright and George Allen Glassey, were charged with robbery (Count I) and murder (Count II); after a nonjury trial Glassey was acquitted and the other defendants were convicted upon both counts. The court found as true a charge that Carrizosa had been formerly convicted of robbery. He was sentenced for the term prescribed by law upon the robbery charge and given a life sentence on the murder conviction...
