This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County declaring a mechanics' lien filed by appellant invalid and expunging the same from the records of said Court, dismissing the cross-bill of the appellant, and directing the appellee to pay the appellant the sum of $1,115.33 which the appellee owed to the contractor, Theodore J. Johnson.
