The controversy arises out of the contention of Rogers Jewelry Corporation of Norfolk, Rogers Jewelry Corporation of Newport News, Rogers Jewelry Corporation of Portsmouth, Rogers Jewelry Corporation of Granby, Rogers Jewelry Corporation of Lakeland, and Edward Einhorn, individually and trading as Rogers Jewelry Company...
