"TWO MEN BOUND TO HIGHER COURT IN AUTO THEFT

"Lumpkin, Ga. Dec. 5 — Carlton Brown, a Lumpkin lawyer, and Al Grimes, employed at the Singer Co., were injured when the car in which they were riding overturned...
