The declaration filed alleged that on the 27th day of September, 1952, plaintiff was employed as a stable-boy at B Bar M Ranch in Macomb county, that at approximately 11 o'clock in the evening, or nighttime, of said day plaintiff, defendant Upton, and Orville Martin left...
