This is an appeal from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court confirming a decision of the Industrial Accident Commission awarding compensation to the plaintiff.

The petition is in the usual form and alleges an accident occurring on February 7, 1957, while petitioner was working as a driver-salesman in the employ of Table Talk Distributors, Inc., at Auburn, Maine. The petition alleges knowledge of the accident on the part of the employer...
