In this suit, plaintiff asked damages by reason of the alleged negligence of defendant's assured, Willard R. Smith, in the operation of his truck. At the conclusion of the evidence, defendant moved for a directed verdict upon which the trial court reserved decision. The case was submitted to the jury upon a special verdict.
