BRUNE, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Rodney Blizzard appeals from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County finding him to be a defective delinquent as defined in Code (1951), Article 31B, Sec. 5, and committing him to the Patuxent Institution as a defective delinquent for an indeterminate period of time, without limits, according to the provisions of Article 31B of the 1951 Code, subject to the further order of said court.
