This is a suit by a passenger, Mrs. Johnson, the plaintiff, against the defendant owner and driver of the car in which the plaintiff was riding, for personal injuries sustained in an accident. The trial court denied the defendant's motion for a directed verdict, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $10,900, the defendant's motion for a judgment n.o.v...
