This is an appeal from a judgment of the Columbus Municipal Court. Walter R. Cutnaw, plaintiff in that court, appellee herein, brought suit against the city of Columbus, defendant below, appellant herein, for damages in the amount of $535. Cutnaw, in his petition, alleges that the city of Columbus operated an off-street public parking garage at 60.
