The parties litigant were married November 25, 1936. The marriage was childless. November 17, 1953, they were divorced by decree of the present chancellor, Honorable Louis E. Coash, circuit judge of the Ingham circuit. The decree incorporates an agreement of the parties dealing with property and support matters and, of present interest, recites:
