Mr. Chief Justice BLUME delivered the opinion of the court.

This is a suit by an insurance company to recover the amount paid by it as an insurer, the money having been received from a tort-feasor by the administrator.

On October 30, 1951, the plaintiff, Iowa National Mutual Insurance Company, insured in favor of Signe Caroline Huntley a Lincoln automobile against damage by collision with other vehicles...
