The complainants filed their original bill in the Chancery Court at Nashville, to restrain the defendants from operating their retail grocery business on Sundays.

They charge in the bill that the defendants are operating in violation of T.C.A. § 39-4001, and that complainants have and will continue to suffer special damages, and there is no adequate remedy at law.
