This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of this county vacating a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff and in rendering judgment in favor of the defendant, appellee herein, on the ground that answers of the jury to the special interrogatories are inconsistent with the general verdict.
