OPINION OF THE COURT BY RICE, C.J.

Richard Meek died testate on May 6, 1891. His last Will was duly admitted to probate in Honolulu, by and before the Honorable Sanford B. Dole, Justice of the Supreme Court of The Hawaiian Islands, at chambers. The testator created a testamentary trust. The trust has terminated and the present trustee, Bishop Trust Company, Limited, has filed in the circuit court, first circuit, Territory of Hawaii, a Bill for instructions as to distribution...
