This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment rendered in favor of the defendant by the Common Pleas Court of Darke County.

One cause of action was set forth in the original petition. During trial the court permitted the plaintiff to amend his petition by setting out two causes of action. The first cause of action was for contribution; the second cause of action was a claim for compensation for personal services rendered to the defendant...
