This cause is here on an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Probate Court of Fairfield County, in which that court granted a petition for the adoption of Sharon Kay Krisher, over the objections of the mother of the child, Edna Forrest Casto.
Appellant presents three assignments of error which are as follows:
