On March 14, 1956, Velma M. Bonebrake obtained a judgment in the sum of $32,500 against E. M. Davis and George K. Niehouse in the District Court of Denver. Davis and Niehouse sued out a writ of error. On their application for supersedeas the same was granted conditioned on the filing of a good and sufficient bond in the sum of $35,000 within 15 days of June 28, 1956.
