This is an appeal by plaintiff-appellant Robert McVicar from a judgment entered in accordance with the jury's verdict in favor of defendant-respondent, W. R. Arthur & Company, Inc. On the appeal the case was originally submitted on the briefs of the parties and an opinion was written.
