The offense is driving a motor vehicle upon a public highway while intoxicated; the punishment, three days in jail and a fine of $50.

The evidence from the standpoint of the State is sufficient to sustain a finding that appellant was intoxicated when arrested by highway patrolmen who observed him driving an automobile on a three-lane highway.
