This is an appeal by the City of Houston from a judgment entered April 29, 1957, in a condemnation suit based upon the verdict of the jury awarding compensation and damages to the appellee, A. B. Collins, in the sum of $7,200 by reason of the taking for right of way purposes of Lot 11 and the resulting damages to Lot 12, Block 73, of Belt Junction City, an addition to the City of Houston.
