LAYTON, District Judge.

This is an application for habeas corpus by a prisoner confined in the New Castle Correctional Institution upon a conviction in the Superior Court of Delaware for Robbery. Pursuant to the requirements of Title 28, U.S.C.A. § 2249, the respondent (State of Delaware) filed with the Court copies of the indictment, the plea of the petitioner and the judgment together with a copy of the record of his hearing in the Superior Court.
