This is an action to recover $1,910 alleged to be due the plaintiff under the terms of a contract with the defendant. The defendant contends that only $807.50 is due the plaintiff, and this amount together with certain interest and costs, totaling $939.12, was paid into court by the defendant. The trial was to the court upon an agreed statement of facts and resulted in a judgment for the plaintiff in the principal sum of $1,910, with interest...
