This is an action for damages by a passenger of a taxicab owned by defendant Pioneer Holding Company for injuries sustained when an automobile driven by defendant Lawrence Truelson ran into the rear of the taxicab, forcing it into the rear of a streetcar owned by defendant Minneapolis Street Railway Company.
