This is an appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to appellant's, complainant's, bill of complaint without leave to amend, and dismissing that bill.

The bill of complaint alleges substantially that the plaintiff is the owner of a tract of land in the Third Election District of Anne Arundel County, a part of which is improved by thirty dwelling houses, all of which are rented by the complainant to tenants...
