This is a bill for declaratory relief and for an accounting brought by the executors of the will of Allan Forbes (hereinafter called the settlor), late of Westwood, against the sole remaining trustee and certain beneficiaries under a declaration of trust, known as the Lonach trust, executed by the settlor May 8, 1930.
