This is an appeal from an order of the zoning board of adjustment refusing Prince Realty Corporation's application for a certificate authorizing it to use certain vacant ground, located at the northwest corner of Diamond and Van Pelt Streets, Philadelphia, as a site for a new and modern automobile service station. The use is permitted in the district, which is zoned "A" commercial, only if a zoning board of adjustment certificate is obtained...
