POWELL, Judge.

Roy Sheppard and Desa Sheppard, husband and wife, plaintiffs in error and hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged in the court of common pleas of Tulsa County with the violation of the compulsory education laws, were tried before a jury, convicted and their punishment fixed by the jury at a fine of $25. Appeal to this court has been duly perfected.
