This cause came on to be heard at Raleigh, North Carolina, on September 5, 1957, upon an order of August 15, 1957, directing the defendants and each of them to show cause why the prayer for relief should not be granted. Plaintiffs, each of whom resides within the Eastern District of North Carolina, are engaged in the raising of tobacco and commenced this action by the filing of a complaint praying for an injunction restraining the defendants...
