Appeal from an order denying a motion of a surety to discharge a forfeiture of bail.

Howard Bannister was charged by information with assault with a deadly weapon (Pen. Code, § 245), and with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to commit murder. (Pen. Code, § 217.)
