One of the two plaintiffs, Doris Wittenberg, owned a two-story frame building, situated in the rear of 6451-63 North Ridge Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, and her co-plaintiff, Town Showcase & Cabinet Company, Inc., engaged in the business of cabinet making at that location.
