In this action to enjoin obstruction of a road through defendant's land, plaintiffs appeal from a decree denying the requested injunctive relief. Plaintiffs own a 360-acre farm on the Sac-Osage River about five miles northeast of Osceola in St. Clair County, Missouri, which they purchased in September, 1943.
