Bruntjen Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota, as distributor, accompanied by the delivery of his check for $1,000 as a downpayment. At the time Herbert Markmann, plaintiff herein, was present in person at the office of defendant at 1645 Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis.
