Appellees, Robert Deniston and wife, brought suit against appellant, Annie B. Mills, in which they alleged they owned, by virtue of a deed from M. L. Poss and wife dated May 29, 1952, the West ½ of Lot 1 in Block 11 of Dorris' Addition of Brump's Bayou to the City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. They further alleged that appellant had caused to be placed on a 30 foot wide strip in the rear of this property...
