The defendants, Lawrence Brook Village, Inc. and Milton E. Zerman, have recovered judgment against the defendant Joseph Einhorn, upon a cross-claim alleging damages resulting from charged fraudulent misrepresentation as an inducement to the making and endorsement of a promissory note payable to the codefendant.
