LARAMORE, Judge.
Plaintiff, a veteran's preference Civil Service employee, sues for the difference in pay between that of "Investigator-in-Charge," grade GS-11, and "Supervisory Criminal Investigator," grade GS-9. As the result of the Internal Revenue reorganization of July 1, 1953, plaintiff's position was abolished and he was reduced in grade.
