This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff which was entered in an action to recover damages for the death of one Opha Clement, of whose estate the plaintiff is administrator. The judgment is based upon a verdict. The action, which culminated in the entry of the challenged judgment, charged that the defendant, a deputy sheriff of Grant county, drove his car negligently...
