This is an appeal from a final decree entered in the Superior Court denying a claim for double compensation on account of the death of an employee. The claimant, who is the widow of the deceased, filed the claim on behalf of herself and her two minor children. She contends that the employee's death was caused "by reason of the serious and wilful misconduct of an employer or of any person regularly intrusted with and exercising the powers of superintendence...
