Our petitioner Corporation had war contracts with the Government. The War Contracts Price Adjustment Board renegotiated the Corporation's profits for 1944, and in 1946 it (the Corporation) petitioned the Tax Court of the United States for a redetermination.1 The Renegotiation Act of 19512 abolished the Board.
