Roxie Ann Butler instituted an action in jactitation against the two named defendants, Indiana Burks and Judge Taylor, praying for a decree quieting petitioner in her possession of certain property, situated in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, and requiring the defendants to assert and prove their claims of title thereto.
