Dr. Louis Glass, the appellant, founded, and for some time controlled, Doctors Hospital, Inc., a non-stock corporation, the appellee. In late 1954, the board of trustees which for some years had managed the hospital in accordance with the direction of its charter, terminated Dr. Glass' privilege to practice there as of January 1, 1955.
