WYATT, Presiding Justice.
Don Mitchell Colman and James (Dock) Toler were indicted for murder. They were tried separately, and in this case in this court, Colman, who was convicted of murder without recommendation, has assigned as error the denial of his motion for new trial. Held:
1. In so far as the general grounds of the motion for new trial are concerned, it is sufficient to say that the evidence was amply sufficient to support the verdict.
