This is the third and last of the series of cases in which the United States is attempting to capture the proceeds of insurance carried by plaintiff on certain property owned by the United States and leased by it to plaintiff, which was destroyed in a fire at Wainwright Shipyard, Panama City, Florida, on December 22, 1952.
