Plaintiff-appellant filed a notice of appeal on questions of law in the Court of Common Pleas on January 3, 1957, and in this court on January 12. The case is now before us on a motion of the defendant-appellee filed on March 1, 1957, to dismiss the appeal for the reason that the matter has become moot.
