Burley, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, insurer of plaintiff's Studebaker automobile, and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, insurer of plaintiff's Willys Jeep, will be referred to herein as Hall, Burley, United States Fidelity & Guaranty and Nationwide, respectively.
