The bankrupt, Bauer Steamship Corporation, was the time charterer of the S.S. Panagiotis Coumantaros, owned by Panos S. Coumantaros. The charter party contained the provision "That the Owner shall have a lien on all cargoes, and all subfreights for any amounts due...
