This is another case in which the aid of the chancellor is sought in obtaining specific performance of an alleged oral contract to leave "everything" to the plaintiff, who is here named Burl Betterly. In spite of the alleged promise, when the will was read, it was found that the bulk of the estate had gone to others, Burl receiving only a life estate in the farm. He thereupon brought his bill in chancery for specific performance of the alleged contract....
