Brown and others, as members of the Board of Trustees of the Policemen's Pension Fund of the City of Atlanta, to require said trustees to issue to him a voucher in the amount of $3,475, representing the balance alleged to be due him as a retired policeman from January 20, 1935, to March 1, 1953, and to issue to him future monthly vouchers in the sum...
