This is a common law negligence action brought by an employee, a Minnesota Indian, against his employer, a North Dakota farmer, to recover damages for personal injuries received when the employee was thrown to the ground from a grader which he was operating attached to the back of a tractor driven by the farmer. It was tried to this Court without a jury.
