Bingham Farmer sued W. A. Brock on a $1,500 promissory note. The defenses were non est factum, statute of limitations, material alteration, and that Farmer was a co-maker, the note never having been negotiated. The appeal is from a judgment in favor of Farmer for the full amount sought.
